摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate whether Zea Mays L (ZMLS) has therapeutic effect and its mechanism of liver in non alcohol fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats. Methods After feeding adaptation 10 d, the same batch SD rats (60) were randomly divided into normal group, model group and ZMLS treatment group (n=20), after successful built non-alcoholic fatty liver disease model, the normal group and model group were given 1 g/kg/d normal saline, ZMLS group was received 4 mg/(kg. d)orally, after treatment 4 and 8 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and detected biochemical and liver PPARγ expression. Results Compared with normal group, the model group in AST, ALT, IL-1, IL-6, FBG, TG and FFA were increased significantly (P<0.05), FINS was decreased significantly (P<0.05), after 4 weeks of treatment, AST, ALT , IL-1, IL-6, FBG, TG and FFA were decreased (P<0.05), FINS was increased significantly (P<0.05); After 8 weeks of treatment, AST, ALT, IL-1, IL-6, FBG, TG and FFA were further reduced
