洋虫改善肺癌荷瘤小鼠体内炎性微环境的研究
Study on Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat improving the inflammatory microenvironment of mice bearing lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of inflammatory microenvironment in which IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α for mice fed with Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat. Methods 60 male LLC mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, tumor group, treatment 1 group, treatment 2 group and prevention group. Each group were 12 rats. The mice was treated with Lewis lung cancer except normal group being not treated. When tumor diameter reach 0.5-1.0cm, treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group were fed with Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat. The pre-treatment group was fed with Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat when treated with Lewis lung cancer. we detected the serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α using ELISA method. Results Tumor associated inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in the tumor group was significantly higher than the normal group, and significantly lower after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Inflammatory factors promote lung cancer growth significantly. Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat can regulate inflammatory microenvironment.关键词
