丹归消肿膏外敷对大鼠急性软组织损伤的消肿止痛作用
Effect of Dangui Xiaozhong ointment on acute soft tissue injury in rat models

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of external using Dangui Xiaozhong ointment in treating acute soft tissue injury (ASTI) in rat models. Methods 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group (A), Liaoyuan Qilisan group (B) and Dangui Xiaozhong ointment group (C). Group A rats were coated with matrix ointment, B group was coated with Liaoyuan Qilisan and group C was treated with Dangui Xiaozhong ointment, 2 times /d. To observe the degree of foot swelling caused by carrageenin and its influence on pain threshold after 7 days. Results There was difference reduce in foot swelling of B, C groups than A group at 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 hour (P<0.01, P<0.05). B, C group after the injection of foot swelling had no obvious change. The analgesic effect of the drug was detected by detecting the change of the pain threshold in rats.B,C groups were higher than A group in pain threshold (P<0.01, P<0.05). C groups were higher than B group in pain threshold (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Dangui Xiaozhong ointment treatment of acute soft tissue injury in rats can effectively inhibit foot swelling and obvious analgesic effect, swelling and pain relief关键词
