利心丸中粉防己碱HPLC检测方法的建立及其评价
Simultaneous determination of tetrandrine in Lixin pills by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the method for the determination of tetrandrinein Lixin pills; Methods HPLC method was used. Column: Agilent, ZORBAX SB-Aq (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm); Solution: methanol-acetonitrile-water-diethylamine (60:20:20:0.08). Detection wavelength: 282 nm, temperature:25 ℃ , tate: 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear ranges of tetrandrine were 0.3096~1.8576 μg (r=0.9998). The average recoverys were 98.3% (RSD=1.42%). Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of the Lixin pills.关键词
