Effects of different extraction methods on estradiol content

Abstract
Objective The estradiol in Oviductus Ranae was extracted by three different methods and the corresponding estradiol content was determined to optimize the best method for extracting estradiol from Oviductus Ranae. Methods ODS-C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile-methanol (63: 32: 5); the detection wavelength was 280 nm; the column temperature was 30 ℃ ; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Estradiol content was 7.5μg / g in 90% ethanol extraction method, 1.25μg /g in supercritical fluid extraction method (without entrainer), estradiol in supercritical fluid extraction Was 0.83μg /g. Conclusion The method of extracting estradiol from Oviductus Ranae by 90% ethanol is the best.关键词
