中药熏洗联合穴位按摩对老年中风恢复期气虚血瘀证神经功能恢复的影响
Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage nursing methods on the effects of nerve function recovery of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome in elderly patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage nursing methods on the effects of nerve function recovery of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome in elderly patients with stroke. Methods 70 patients with qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome stroke recovery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and care. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage. Both groups were treated for 30 days. After the treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and symptom integral, and neural functional recovery in patients with determination. Results The total effective rate was 91.43% in the observation group, which was 80.00% higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms integral indexes were decreased in the two groups, but the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05). The neural function nursing after the score is higher than before the treatment, and improve the experimental group after treatment was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage can stimulate the meridians, and open pore,so that drugs can be fully absorbed to improve clinical symptoms.关键词
