自拟补肾生精汤联合负压吸引结合中药灌洗对肾虚型糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者血清睾酮水平的影响

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of self-made Bushen Shengjing decoction combined with negative pressure aspiration combined with traditional Chinese medicine irrigation on the serum testosterone level in diabetic erectile dysfunction patients with Kidney Deficiency. Methods 66 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent erectile dysfunction from May 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 33. 2 groups were received original hypoglycemic program, and the control group was received Bushen Shengjing decoction oral. The study group was received self-made Bushen Shengjing decoction combined with negative pressure aspiration combined with traditional Chinese medicine irrigation. Before and after treatment, the IIEF-5 scale, mSLQQ-Qol scale assessment, NPT test, serum sex hormone levels and clinical efficacy were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, the scores of IIEF-5 and mSLQQ-Qol in the two groups increased (P<0.01), levels of FSH, LH and E2 decreased (P<0.01), levels of T increased (P<0.01) , penile erection time and the penis head and heel average hardness increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, scores of IIEF-5 and mSLQQ-Qol in the study group were significantly higher (P<0.05), levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the study group were lower, levels of T were higher (P<0.05), penile erection time and the average hardness of head and heel were higher (P<0.05), and the effective rate of treatment was higher (P<0.01). Conclusion Self-made Bushen Shengjing decoction combined with negative pressure aspiration combined with traditional Chinese medicine lavage was effective in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction, and it was safe and reliable to promote the recovery of serum sex hormone levels.关键词
