散结法治疗小儿鼾眠临床研究
Clinical studyof Sanjie method in the treatment of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ofchildren
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Sanjie method in thetreatment of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome of lung and spleen qi deficiency in children. Methods Select 60 cases children aged from 2 to 7 years, who are suffering from sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, featuring lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome. All subjects are from outpatient department of affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese medicine during January 2015 to December. The patients are randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and experiment group, 30 people in each group. Give the Chinese medicine prescription in combination of Chinese medicine atomization inhalation treatment to experiment group for promoting the dispersing function of the lung, nourishing the spleen, removing stasis and opening orifice; While the control group is orally given antibiotics for treatment. Results The overall physical indexes of both groups are significantly improved. Conclusion Sanjie method has definite effect in the treatment of children SAHS, and featuring with rapidity, directness and high safety.关键词
