摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of multimedia and network technology, a variety of computer technology is widely used in the field of education, combined with traditional teaching and network teaching, a mixed teaching model came into being. The application of mixed teaching method to Clinical Pharmacy teaching work can make the traditional teaching and network teaching complement each other, enhance students' learning initiative, cultivate students' ability of combining theory with practice and comprehensive analysis. Through the establishment of a scientific and effective practice teaching methods, and then find related factors and experience about personnel training.
