摘要

Abstract

Based on proposing the RL transient analysis principle to measure the inductance, a simple inductance measurement circuit was designed which made full use of STM32 microcontroller hardware resources and simple, efficient software design ideas, composed by a single chip microcomputer and a small amount common components, at the same time, the PC program was prepared through LabVIEW platform, and the instrument systematic errors was further reduced by error analysis from component selection and preparation of software in the end.The practical test and laboratory trials proved the measuring instrument was featured with stable performance, easy operation, accuracy measurement, rapidly and clearly shown, meanwhile, it can automatically record many test results, and had strong extensibility.
