摘要

Abstract

The Drucker-Prager/Cap plasticity model was introduced into the finite element simulation analysis of W–Cu20 alloy powder rolling. The parameters of Drucker-Prager/Cap model were obtained from the Brazilian disc test, uniaxial compression test, and closed compression test. The finite element model of powder rolling by commercial software ABAQUS with VUSDFLD subroutine coded by FORTRAN was established. The results show that, the relative density and sheet thickness are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the maximum error is 4.47%, which indicates that the Drucker-Prager/Cap plasticity model is useful for the study of powder rolling process.
