超细氧化铝的高分子网络凝胶法制备与研究
Preparation and study on the superfine alumina powder by polyacrylamide gel method

Abstract
Superfine alumina powders were synthesized by polyacrylamide gel method using aluminium nitrate asraw material. Ammonium persulfate, N,N′-Methylenebisacrylamide, and polyacrylamide were used as initiator, crosslinking agent, and monomer, respectively. The effects of parameters on synthesizing polyacrylamide Al2O3 gel, such as the precipitant, the mass ratio of monomer, crosslinking agent, and initiator, and the monomer mass, were investigated. The results show that, when the content of monomer is 0.05 g and the ratio of monomer, cross-linker, and initiator is 5:1:1, the uniform and stable alumina gel can be polymerized by using ammonia as the precipitant at the polymerization temperature of 65℃ . The superfine and well dispersive of Al2O3 powders are gained by using polyacrylamide Al2O3 gel after calcining at 900℃ for 2 h.关键词
