护理干预在补气行气活血润肠法治疗慢传输型便秘中的研究
Study on nursing intervention in Qi-tonifying, Qi-promoting, blood-activating, and intestine-lubricating for slow transit constipation

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention in Qitonifying,Qi-promoting,blood-activating,and intestine-lubricating for slow transit constipation (STC).Methods Sixty-six patients with STC treated by Qi-tonifying,Qi-promoting,blood-activating,and intestine-lubricating were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using digital table method,33 for each group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects were compared between these two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the scores of QOL before the intervention (all P ＞ 0.05) but were after (all P ＜ 0.05) between the observation group and the control group.The satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (96.97％ vs.81.82％,x2=3.995 2,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention in Qi-tonifying,Qi-promoting,blood-activating,and intestine-lubricating for slow transit constipation can improve the quality of life and patients' satisfaction of nursing care,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
