熊去氧胆酸治疗婴儿胆汁淤积症疗效观察OA
Ursodeoxycholic acid in treatment of infantile cholestasis
目的 观察熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)口服治疗婴儿胆汁淤积症的临床疗效.方法 将72例1～6月婴儿胆汁淤积症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例.两组都进行常规护肝治疗,观察组在常规护肝治疗基础上增加熊去氧胆酸口服,对两组治疗前后症状体征和肝生化指标的改善程度进行比较,并对延长服药时间疗效的变化进行观察.结果 观察组服药1周总有效率为58.33％,对照组总有效率为38.89％,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);服药2周观察组总有效率为86…查看全部>>
