摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of wireless remote monitoring and nursing model on blood pressure of patients undergoing supervision for hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension were enrolled in this study from January 2000 to February 2017,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=30) received routine control and nursing method,while the observation group (n=30) received wireless remote monitoring and nursing model.Compared the control of blood pressure in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the initial blood pressure level between the two groups (P>0.05).The blood pressure of the two groups significantly decreased after intervention,which decreased more significantly in the observation group (P<0.05).The control rates of mean systolic blood pressure within 24 h,mean diastolic blood pressure within 24 h,blood pressure in early morning in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (x 2=24.300 0,20.317 5,22.259 3;P<0.05).Conclusion The wireless long-distance monitoring and nursing model can timely improve the blood pressure of patients with hypertension and timely guidance through real-time information,which can effectively improve the awareness of spontaneous blood pressure and the active participation consciousness of blood pressure control.
