Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of artificial electronic cochlear implantation in patients with deafness and its effect on postoperative hearing threshold.Methods 84 patients with sensorineural hearing loss in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received western medicine treatment,while the study group received artificial electronic cochlear implantation.Compared the treatment effect and postoperative hearing threshold of two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (97.6％ vs.69.0％,P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in left ear,right ear pure tone hearing threshold,hearing aid speech discrimination score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),left ear,right ear pure tone hearing threshold,hearing aid speech discrimination score after treatment in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in BAEP interpeak latency between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),BAEP interpeak latency after treatment in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Artificial electronic cochlear implantation in patients with deafness can improve the therapeutic effect and postoperative hearing threshold.关键词
