艾拉光动力疗法联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中度痤疮的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid gel (trade name:Ira) -photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) combined with tanshinone capsules in the treatment of moderate acne.Methods A total of 133 patients with moderate acne treated in department of dermatology from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into three groups.41 cases in control group A were treated with tanshinone capsules,46 cases in control group B were treated with ALA-PDT,46 cases in observation group were treated with ALA-PDT and tanshinone capsules.Compared the clinical effect of the three groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 84.78％ in the observation group,significantly higher than 36.59％ in the control group A and 56.52％ in the control group B (x 2=21.389 4,8.859 3;P＜0.05),the total effective rate in the control group B was significantly higher than that in the control group A (x 2=3.457 9,P＜0.05).Conclusions ALA-PDT combined with tanshinone capsules in the treatment of moderate acne has good clinical effect,moderate injury,short recovery time,and high safety,which provides a safe,effective,and ideal treatment for primary hospitals,worthy to be popularized.关键词
