Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of primary nursing with doctor-nurse in the same group on the prognosis and quality of life of patients with cirrhosis.Methods 80 cases of liver cirrhosis in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received primary nursing with doctor-nurse in the same group.The liver function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The behavior of following doctor's instruction of the two groups were recorded.Results The levels of total bilirubin (TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT) of observation group after 3 months were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).The rate of compliance behavior such as taking medicine on time,reasonable rest,diet adjustment,abstaining from tobacco and drink,reasonable exercise,regular review of observation group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,mental function,substance function,and the total scorc of observation group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Primary nursing with doctor-nurse in the same group can improve compliance behavior of patients with cirrhosis,improve liver function,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
