Preparation of Composite Microspheres with Palygorskite Based Pickering Emulsion as a Template and Its Immobilization of Lipase

Abstract
Organic/inorganic composite microspheres were prepared by using palygorskite-based Pickering emulsion as a template.The composite microspheres were applied as the carrier for immobilizing lipase.When the lipase concentration was 0.020wt%,the immobilization temperature was 45 ℃ and pH value was of 7.4,the immobilized effect was optimized,and the enzyme activity reached the maximum.The thermal stability,storage stability showed good performance.The enzyme activity of the reuse of the immobilized lipase after 3 times was still close to that of the free lipase.关键词
