摘要

Abstract

In order to further promote the utilization of urban dregs,the influence of raw material(muck,fly ash,sewage sludge and straw)and temperature on the density grades of muck-ceramsite was studied,the material formula and firing process were acquired for 700 density grades different particles muck-ceramsite.Moreover,the structure of 700 density grades different particles sizes muck-ceramsite was analyzed by super-depth optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the 700 density grades muck-ceramsite for 15-25 mm size and 10-15 mm are acquired when the temperature is 1200 ℃ and 1230 ℃ respectively,the ratio of muck: fly ash is 70:30 and 60:40.The cylinder pressure and density are increased with the decrease of particle size,the cylinder pressure of muck-ceramsite is 4.3 MPa for 15-25 mm increase to 4.9 MPa for 10-15 mm,however,burning loss and 1 h water absorption is decreased with the decrease of particle size.The structure of the same density grades muck-ceramsite is different with the decrease of particle size,the number of pore for the larger particles sizes of muck-ceramsite is more and the pore sizes is larger.
