摘要
Abstract
Many problems arise in the traditional design of flattened structure for steelmaking converters,such as high costs of producing mold,easy concentration of thermal stress,forming bottom corner pits and much trouble in masonry,and so on.In view of these shortcomings,a new type flattened structure of "climbing" has been proposed.The new design has lots of advantages.for example,effective dispersion of thermal stress,decrease in costs of manufacturing mold,realization of seamless connection of molten bricks and bottom bricks,low construction difficulty and favorable metallurgical reactions.After its application to large tonnage converters in the large-scale famous steel mills in china,longer service lives,less repairing mass and less consumption of per ton steel have been achieved,completely solving the problem of bottom corner pits caused by the traditional flattened structures.Therefore,the new structure in the converter design is worth general promotion.关键词
