粗颗粒尾矿浆体管道输送速度分布规律研究
Velocity Distribution Law of Pipeline Transportation of Coarse Tailings Slurry
摘要
Abstract
Based on the assumption of vertical shear stress linear distribution,calculation methods of the vertical position of zero shear stress and corresponding maximum shear stress are given out,and velocity distribution formula above sliding bed is put forward by using the Prandtl semi empirical formula.Through the high concentration tailings slurry test with 1.71 mm coarse sand particles,experimental data of velocity distribution in horizontal and inclined pipe are determinated.Comparative analysis between measured and computed values of velocity distribution shows that that the calculated values of author's velocity distribution model are consistent with the measured values,and the maximum deviation is not more than 12.16%.The calculation formula of velocity distribution shows that with the increase of pipe inclination angle,the maximum velocity deviation distance above the center of the pipeline is more and more big,at the same time the velocity distribution becomes more and more uniform.关键词
