超声引导下射频消融联合无水酒精瘤内注射治疗特殊位置原发性肝癌的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation combined with intratumoral injection of anhydrous ethanol for primary hepatocarcinoma in special locations

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA) combined with intratumoral injection of anhydrous ethanol for primary hepatocarcinoma in special locations.Methods Sixty-six patients with primary hepatocarcinoma(totally 83 lesions) were enrolled,and the cancer lesions were located near the special sites including diaphragm,gallbladder,kidney,colon,large and medium blood vessels,ect..Of 66 patients,35 in the study group(43 tumor lesions) underwent ultrasound-guided intratumoral injection of anhydrous ethanol combined with RFA,31 in the control group(40 tumor lesions) underwent RFA only.The total inactivation ratio of tumor and incidence rate of complications were observed in the two groups after operation.Results The total inactivation ratio of tumor in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.02% vs.72.50%;P<0.05).No postoperative severe complications such as adjacent organ injury and abdominal bleeding occurred in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of complications including postoperative pain and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided RFA combined with intratumoral injection of anhydrous ethanol can obtain a high total inactivation ratio of tumors and low incidence rate of postoperative complications in the treatment of primary hepatocarcinoma in special locations.关键词
