Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with benazepril for diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty-six patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into combination group(n=33) and control group(n=33).The control group received routine treatment and oral administration of benazepril. And the combination group was intravenously administered alprostadil on the basis of the treatment performed in the control group. The clinical efficacy,24-hour urine protein levels,24-hour urinary albumin excretion rates (UAER),serum creatinine levels and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in the combination group was superior to that in the control group. After treatment, the levels of 24-hour urine protein,24-hour UAER,serum creatinine level and clinical symptom scores decreased in both groups, and the indices above in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril can achieve a good efficacy and safety for diabetic nephropathy, and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.关键词
