Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) combined with concurrent laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) on choledocholithiasis.Methods A total of 153 patients with choledocholithiasis were divided into concurrent group(n=38) and routine group(n=115) according to whether they were treated with ERCP combined with concurrent LC.The therapeutic effective rate,anesthesia duration,operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,positive rate of cholangiography-revealed stone,common bile duct stone-free rate,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization costs and incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effective rate,operation duration,anesthesia duration,intraoperative blood loss,positive rate of cholangiography-revealed stone,common bile duct stone-free rate or incidence rate of adverse reactions after surgery between the two groups(all P>0.05).The postoperative hospital stay and hospitalization costs of the concurrent group were less than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERCP combined with concurrent LC is effective and safe in the treatment of choledocholithiasis,and it can significantly shorten the hospital stay and reduce the hospitalization costs.关键词
