针刀联合推拿与牵引联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效对比
Comparison of clinical efficacy between acupotomy combined with massage and traction therapy combined with massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between acupotomy combined with massage and traction therapy combined with massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Massage therapy was performed in both groups.On the basis of massage therapy,traction therapy and acupotomy were conducted in the control group and observation group respectively.The efficacy and improvement of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results The cure and excellence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores(pain and numbness) and the scores for range of motion of the cervical spine were lower but the scores of 20 Points Scale were higher in both groups compared to the scores before treatment(P<0.05).And the score of each indicator in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional traction therapy combined with massage,acupotomy combined with massage obtains a better efficacy,can relieve the pain and numbness of the shoulder and neck more effectively,and can increase the range of motion of the cervical spine.关键词
