Influence of ropivacaine infiltration anaesthesia combined with dezocine on related complication of patients with cerebral gliomas resection during anesthesia recovery period

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of ropivacaine infiltration anaesthesia combined with dezocine on related complication of patients with cerebral gliomas resection during anesthesia recovery period.Methods 84 cases with cerebral gliomas resection in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to operation method.Control group (22 cases) was given 20 mL normal saline for infiltration anaesthesia (epinephrine 1:200 000) at 10 min before skin incision,then given intravenous injection of 2 mL normal saline at 30 min before end of operation.Dezocine group (28 cases) was given 20 mL normal saline for infiltration anaesthesia (epinephrine 1:200 000) at 10 min before skin incision,then given intravenous injection of 10 mg dezocine at 30 min before end of operation.Ropivacaine + dezocine group (32 cases) was given 20 mL 0.5% ropivacaine for infiltration anaesthesia at 10 min before skin incision,then given intravenous injection of 10 mg dezocine at 30 min before end of operation.Record the recovery time of anesthesia,extubation time,complications during anesthesia recovery period (including dizziness headache,high blood pressure,muscular fibrillation,nausea and vomiting).Pain score was evaluated by VAS,and ramsay was evaluated by SAS.Results Postanesthesia recovery time,tracheal extubation time of combined group were shorter than dezocine group,control group.Duration of median analgesia was longer than other two groups,the difference was statistic significant (P<0.05);total occurrence rate of complications of combined group (12.50%) was lower than control group (36.36%),the difference was statistic significant (P<0.05);VAS,SAS scores of the three groups were compared,VAS score in combined group was the lowest,VAS score in control group was the highest,the difference between groups had statistic significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine infiltration anaesthesia combined with dezocine can improve analgesic effect,prevent occurrence of agitation,reduce adverse reactions like dizziness headache,pernicious vomiting,high blood pressure.It is worthy of clinic application.关键词
