Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of statins in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hyperlipidemia patients.Methods 122 acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with hyperlipidemia from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group (routine treatment plus statins) and control group (routine treatment plus diet management).The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the study and the control group was 98.4% (60/61) and 73.8% (45/61) respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TC and LDL-C between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,the TC and LDL-C levels of 2 groups were improved,but the improvement of study group was better than that two the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).1 case of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage in both two gyoups and all patients had no adverse events ,such as myocardial infarction and peripheral vascular thrombosis.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage combined with hyperlipidemia,statin therapy is safe and effective.关键词
