摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical values of D-Dimer,NT-proBNP and lipoprotein(a) in the patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods UniceLDxc800Synchorn automatic biochemical analysis system was used.The cubital vein blood was collected on an empty stomach in the morning and getting the serum by 3 000 r/min and 10 minutes.The serum levels of D-Dimer and lipid albumin(a),serum NT-proBNP level were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Mild includes (0.33±0.04) mg/L,(247.46±51.27) mg/L,and (0.42±0.07) mg/L.Moderate includes (0.49±0.06) mg/L,(308.73±59.36) mg/L and (0.96±0.12) mg/L.Severe includes (0.64±0.07) mg/L,(348.49±59.35) mg/L and (1.49±0.64) mg/L.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of the experimental group were (0.58±0.06) mg/L,(327.47±56.76) mg/L and (1.28±0.52) mg/L,while the control group were (0.19±0.03) mg/L,(185.63±31.28) mg/L and (0.06±0.02) mg/L (P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of D-Dimer,lipoprotein(a) and NT-proBNP levels may be helpful for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the patients with acute ischemic stroke.关键词
