Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ultra early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function,limb function recovery and emotional improvement in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 139 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and assigned two groups.The control group (63 cases) received routine nursing measures,and the study group (76 cases) was treated with additional super-early rehabilitation nursing intervention.We used CSS to assess neurological function before and after intervention,FMA to assess motor function,MBI to assess daily living function,and SDS/SAS to assess the depression and anxious status,respectively.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the CSS,FMA,MBI,SDS and SAS scores at the start of this study (P>0.05).Four weeks after the intervention,the CSS,FMA,MBI,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were both significantly improved compared with that from the start of this study,respectively.But the study group showed significantly better improvement than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction should receive super early rehabilitation nursing intervention at the same time when getting routine treatment.Super early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly decrease neurological defect,eliminate negative emotion,promote recovery of the limb motor function,improve life quality and the rehabilitation prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction.关键词
