基于现代文献穴位贴敷治疗胃脘痛的取穴用药规律分析
Analysis of acupoint selection and medication regularity of acupoint application in the treatment of epigastric pain based on modern literature

Abstract
Objective Through the arrangement modern literature of acupoint sticking treating epigastric pain with acupuncture selection and traditional Chinese medication, sum up the application therapy of combination of acupoints and points taking rules and provide a theoretical basis for acupoint and medicine in the treatment of epigastric pain. Methods To search the China Journal Full-text Database since 1957 in the clinical literature of acupoint application in the treatment of epigastralgia, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint application of acupoints and medication of epigastralgia. Results A total of 48 literatures were retrieved, and the literature was selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Finally, 40 prescriptions and 48 prescriptions were collected. Including 30 points, 73 drugs. Through the statistical analysis found that: the mine points is Zhongwan, acupoints are mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen, the spleen meridian and stomach meridians are the main meridians, the main type of points are Mu points and back Shu points. Rhizoma corydalis, cinnamon, asarum and clove are in the majority of the drugs on the using of medicine, which mainly consist by Blood-activating and Stasis-eliminating drugs, drugs warming the internal, qi regulating drugs, mostly attributed to the spleen meridian and the stomach meridian, warm in property, acrid, bitter and sweet in flavour, they are all guided by ginger.关键词
