益气活血中药联合西医治疗老年慢性心衰患者临床疗效及对生活质量的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huoxue herbal medicine combined with western medicine on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the effect on quality of life
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the advantages of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF. Methods A total of 254 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, including 122 cases in the control group and 132 cases in the observation group. All subjects were given conventional treatment of CHF drugs, the observation group in addition to Yiqi Huoxue prescription auxiliary side conditioning. Effective rate LVEF, LVDD and MLHFQ were compared before and after the treatment. Results After 4 weeks of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction conditioning c=12.56, P<0.05), the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that before treatment, LVEDD decreased (P<0.05). The scores of physical strength, symptom, emotion score and quality of life of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can obviously relieve symptoms, heart function and quality of daily life of elderly patients with CHF, and the effect is better.关键词
