香丹注射液联合曲美他嗪片对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效及血清炎性因子的影响
Effects of Xiangdan injection combined with Trimetazidine tablets for angina pectoris and influences on the levels of inflammatory factor

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiangdan injection combined with Trimetazidine tablets for angina pectoris and influences on the levels of inflammatory factor in patients. Methods 78 cases of angina pectoris patients in our hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group by a randomized way, 39 cases in each group. The patients were performed the regular treatments, including nitroglycerin. The control group was given trimetazidine (1 table/time, 3 time/d), the treatment group was given Xiangdan injection (1 time/d) on the basis of control group. The 2 groups were treated for 2 weeks. The genaral effects and electrocardiogram effects in two groups were compared. Before and after treatment, the levels of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were detected in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of general effect and electrocardiogram effect in the treatment group were 84.6% and 87.2%, which significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were (2.27±0.63) mmol/L, (1.43±0.38) mmol/L, (2.12±0.27)mmol/L and (1.69±0.29)mmol/L, which improved more in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were (57.4±11.2) ng/mL, (0.84±0.26) pg/mL, (29.6±7.7) ng/mL and (0.29±0.03) ng/mL, which significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effects of Xiangdan injection combined with trimetazidine tablets for angina pectoris is affirmative and could promote the blood fat and levels of inflammatory factor in the patients.关键词
