身痛逐瘀汤加味配合针灸治疗气滞血瘀型急性腰扭伤

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute lumbar sprain of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture. Methods 173 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type acute lumbar sprain patients as the research object were divided into 73 cases in the control group, the conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group of 73 cases, Shentong Zhuyu combined with acupuncture treatment, the changes in the relevant indicators were observed after the treatment. Results The total efficiency of the observation group is higher than that of control group (P<0.05); Observation group, high blood viscosity, low blood viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group (P<0.05); The two groups after treatment Oswestry activity score, Oswestry function score, β-EP, TXB2 decreased significantly (P<0.05), the patients in the observation group than the control group after treatment, the above index decreased more significantly, the two groups after treatment with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute lumbar sprain of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with acupuncture combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.关键词
