补阳还五汤加减联合针灸治疗脑卒中后遗症
Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequel

Abstract
Objective This study compared the stroke patients in our hospital in the clinical effect of receiving routine treatment and five Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment, in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of patients. Methods 160 cases of acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected as subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 80 cases in each group. The control group used conventional treatment (aspirin or clopidogrel), the observation group used five Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy based on the treatment in control group. Comparison of two groups of patients with treatment effect and quality of life scale (SF-36), the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (Montreal Congnitive Assessment, MoCA) and the Mini Mental State Scale (Mini-Mental StateExamination MMSE) score. Results in the control group and the observation group, the cure rate was low (10% vs. 18.75%), the total effective rate, the control group and the observation group were significantly different (82.50% vs. 92.50, P<0.01). The control group and the observation group compared with the various items on the score in SCL-36 showed that the control group and the observation group were in general health, physiological function, physiological function, body pain, vitality and social function of significant differences (P<0.05). There were significant differences in MOCA and MMSE scores between the control group and the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy has a better therapeutic effect on the basis of aspirin treatment.关键词
