不同温针灸量治疗老年性夜尿频多
Effects observation of warming needle moxibustion with different moxibustion intensity in the reatment of senile nocturia (deficiency of kidney-yang)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion with different moxibustion intensity to treatment of senile nocturia (deficiency of kidney-yang). Methods Warming acupuncture with moxibustion one cone group, two cones group, three cones group were performed randomly on 30 patients with senile night to urinate. And clinical efficacy after treatment were analyzed by TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Efficacy Standards. Results Warming acupuncture with moxibustion two cones and three cones group were superior to that of one cone group (P<0.05); The times of senile nocturia with warming acupuncture with moxibustion two cone group and moxibustion three cone group is lower than the one group (P<0.05). Moxibustion of cone two and three groups were not significantly different.According to TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Efficacy Standards, the clinical curative rate of the warming acupuncture with moxibustion two cones group 53.33%, markedly effective rate was 26.67%, the effective rate of 13.33%, the total effective rate of 93.33%; Clinical curative rate of the warming acupuncture with moxibustion three cones group was 50.00%, markedly effective rate was 33.33%, the effective rate of 10.00%, the total effective rate was 93.33%, clinical curative rate of the warming acupuncture with moxibustion one cones group was 33.33%, markedly effective rate was 26.67%, the effective rate of 20.00%, the total effective rate was 80.00%. Conclusion From the perspective of the curative effect, the economy and the treatment time, two cones was the best quantity of warming acupuncture to treat Senile nocturia (deficiency of kidney-yang).关键词
