从"脏"辨证论治儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍研究进展
Research progress of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by viscera syndrome differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the treatment and prescriptions of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory and describe the progress in nearly five years. Methods Discuss the 38 articles indexing from CNKI, Wanfang Database and VIP Database (2010-2016). Results ADHD is closely related to heart, liver, spleen and kidney. Using the prescriptions according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory can relieve hyperactivity and improve attention. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ADHD is safe and effective, improving the clinical symptoms is obviously. But it is still lack of the uniform consensus of the viscera syndrome differentiation and prescriptions for children with ADHD. It is necessary to further research the standardized diagnosis and treatment plan.关键词
