Application of Machine Vision Technology in Quality Prediction of Flue-cured Tobacco

Abstract
In order to explore the application of machine vision technology in the quality prediction of flue-cured tobacco, the author used the middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco variety Honghuadajinyuan as the test materials, and analyzed the colorimetry indexes, SPAD value and sensory quality score of tobacco leaves with different maturities.The three colorimetry indexes and SPAD value of middle and upper fresh leaves all showed a decreasing trend.As for the colorimetry indexes of baked tobacco leaves, there was a significant difference in the L-value and a*-value of middle leaves, and the L-value, a*-value and b*-value of upper leaves among different treatments, and the difference in L-value and b*-value reached an extremely significant level.Machine vision could distinguish the difference in color of fresh and baked tobacco leaves with different maturities, and the measured values could be used for the quality prediction of flue-cured tobacco.关键词
