摘要
Abstract
Vibrio parahaemolyticus is an important pathogen causing food poisoning.The key to prevent the food poisoning caused by V.parahaemolyticus is the rapid and accurate detection of this pathogen in food.This paper summarized the recent research advances in the rapid detection of V.parahaemolyticus by the derivative techniques of PCR in the world, in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the application and development of this pathogen detection methods.关键词
