基于参数化编程的双曲线回转表面数控加工研究

Abstract
The parametric programming with linear fitting approximation is adopted in FANUC 0I series CNC lathe to machine hyperbolic revolving surface parts. This paper edits the processing program through node calculation, parameter assignment, programming and simulation processing, which is suitable for the parallel axis of the hyperbola and the machine tool coordinate axis, including arbitrary position, shape, starting point and end line, such as to ensure the processing efficiency and avert empty knife.关键词
