油水分离浮选柱的旋流分离作用研究
Research on Cyclonic Efficiency in Oil-water Separation Flotation Column

Abstract
An oil-water separation flotation column with an unique structure was used in oil-water separation fields.The function of an oil-water separation flotation column has the cyclonic separation and airflotation separation;there are many advantages in the oily sewage treatment field,such as the small lower limit of the effective separation size,short separation time,large handling capacity and low operating cost,especially the polymer-flooding-drive oily sewage treatment aspect.The paper will report the oil removal efficiency of the cyclonic section of the oil-water separation flotation column;In addition,several operating parameters which impact on separation were investigated,including feeding speed,aeration rate,circulating pressure,underflow split ratio and frother consumption.Based upon this study,it is found that the optimum operating parameters for the oil-water separation flotation column is as follows-the feeding speed is 1.50 m3/h,the aeration rate is 2.50 m3/h,the circulating pressure is 0.28 MPa,the bottom flow diversion ratio is 95%,final effluent oil content is 16.49 mg/L.Furthermore,the cyclonic section separation model is constructed.关键词
