摘要

Abstract

A copper nickel ore in Sichuan contains 0.35 % copper and 0.78 % nickel.The main gangues are talc,serpentine these magnesium rich silicate minerals,which are easy flotation and sludge.In the field of production,because the gangue cannot be effectively inhibited,only the pre-desliming process was adopted,that not only caused serious loss of copper and nickel but also was complex process.Mter the new organic inhibitor WY-03 was used,the result was ideal and the nickel concentrate and the copper concentrate were obtained,the nickel concentrate whose grade is 6.36% and recovery rate is 82.02%,the copper concentrate whose grade is 23.97% and recovery rate is 72.96%.
