老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的早期经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of early percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) for treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods The 45 cases were receibed PKP in 48 h after fractures.The VAS,ODI,vertebral height and Cobb angle before and after operation were compared.Results All 45 patients got effective follow-up of 4~14 weeks.There was 1 case of 1 vertebral bone cement leakage,without nerve symptoms.At postoperative 24 h and last follow-up,VAS,ODI,injured vertebral height and Cobb angle were compared with the preoperative,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But at the last follow-up,VAS,ODI,injured vertebral height and Cobb angle,compared with 24 h after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Early application of PKP for treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is easily accepted by patients,which has advantages of rapidly relieving pain,minimal trauma,safe,fewer complications,early engaging in activities,etc.关键词
