全膝关节置换术中旋转平台型与固定平台型假体治疗膝关节病的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of rotating platform prosthesis and fixed platform prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in the treatment of knee arthropathy.Methods The 90 patients with knee arthropathy received TKA treatment were divided into two groups.Rotating platform prosthesis was applied to the observation group (45 cases),while posterior stabilized fixed platform prosthesis was applied to the control group (45 cases).And the clinical effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The knee score,knee flexion and joint mobility of the two groups at 1,6 and 12 months after operation were obviously better than those before operation,and the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05).The comparison of the indicators between the two groups after operation had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group (97.78%) was higher than that of the control group (93.33%),but the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).The difference of the complications incidence rate between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusions Both rotating platform prosthesis and fixed platform prosthesis applied during TKA in the treatment of knee arthropathy have good clinical effects,and clinical effects of the former is better.关键词
