Abstract
Objective To analyze the factors on circulation crisis and find out the treatment methods to improve the survival rate.Methods The causes and treatment of circulation crisis in digit replantation were analyzed in 73 cases(96 fingers replantation).Results Among 73 cases with 96 fingers in the study,63 cases 82 fingers were survival one time,circulation crisis occurred in 10 cases with 14 fingers.6 fingers were survived through operative exploration,1 finger survived after a small incision lateral cut bloodletting treatment.The appearance,feeling functional recovery of the survival 89 fingers were good during the follow-up of 12~28 months.Conclusions Circulation crisis occurred by a variety of factors,high quality anastomosis is crucial to the success of crushing fingertip replantation.The prevention of vascular crisis and actively deal with vascular crisis can improve the survival rate of replantation.关键词
