Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.Methods Ninety patients with femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45).The control group was treated with plate internal fixation,the observation group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail,and the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results All cases of two groups were followed up 6 months.The length of the incision,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage in the observation group were significantly shorter (less) in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of the limb pain score,activity,stability and walking function were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative 6 months complication was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).All above data of two groups had statistical difference.Conclusions Compared with the internal fixation of the plate,the effect of elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture in children is ideal.关键词
