摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of miniature plate combined with tarsal sinus incision in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures.Methods The 42 patients suffered from Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures were separated into observation group (21 case,inner-fixed by miniature plate) and control group (21 case,fixed by hollow lag screw) according to random number table.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results The patients of two groups were followed up for 8~16 months.Compared with before surgery,the B(o)hler angle and the Gissane angle of the two groups were both improved significantly(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The excellent-good rate was evaluated by AOFAS ankle-behind foot scoring system: the observation group was 18/21,and the control group was 16/21,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Postoperative complications: 1 case in the observation group and 3 cases in the control group developed postoperative traumatic arthritis,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Miniature plate combined with tarsal sinus incision demonstrates preferable therapeutic effect in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneus fractures.The anatomic form of calcaneus and the function of ankle achieve good recovery with less complication.关键词
