井下防爆胶轮车运行对矿井通风阻力影响的定量分析

Abstract
In order to reveal the fluctuation influence of underground vehicles running on the total mine ventilation resistance,using the research method of numerical simulation and field measurement,takiug mine auxiliary transportation roadway in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Mine with running of explosion-proof rnbber-tyred car as prototype,using UDF custom interface function with dynamic grid technology to establish flow field calculation model of roadway for running process of explosion-proof rubbertyred car,taking speed of explosion-proof rubber-tyred car and total pressure ventilation wind speed in roadway as variable factors,we quantitatively analyze tunnel resistance change value caused by running vehicle,the fluctuation value caused by running vehicle even reached 10% of total mine ventilation resistance.The calculation formula of ventilation resistance of roadway with running process of explosion-proof rubber-tyred car is deduced for auxiliary transportation roadway in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Mine.Comparing to the calculation results,the measured results showed that the relative error of the calculated results was less than 20%.关键词
