Abstract
With the emergence of the uncertain environment, diversity and difference services, it needs to make an optimization of berth quay-crane integrated scheduling methods in container terminal to improve the efficiency and customer satisfaction. According to the resource allocation problem of berth and quay-crane in container terminal, by adding a buffer time to absorb the impact of uncertain factors on scheduling, based on the multiple service quality loss function, an optimization model was established aiming at the deviation of the optimum berth loss, move loss of quay-crane and ship time loss in port. Moreover, the improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the model, and the validity of the model and algorithm was proved by experiments.关键词
