不同浸种时间对小扁豆芽菜生长的影响
The Effect of Different Seed Soaking Times on the Growth of Lens culinaris Sprouts

Abstract
In order to improve the yield and quality of Lens culinaris sprouts, L. culinaris was taken as the study material in this paper to investigate the growth state at different seed soaking times of 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 10 h and 12 h. The results showed a significant difference in the growth state of L. culinaris sprouts at different soaking times, thereinto, 8 h was the optimal soaking time. After seed soaking 8 h, the seed imbibition rate was 204.57%;the germination rate on the 4th day was 99.25%, the average length of sprouts at harvest was 1.98 cm, the average yield was 949.40 g, the bio-productivity was 379.08%, the peak concentration of protein and VC was 53.02mg/g and 24.97mg/100g, respectively, which would provide a certain theoretical references for the efficient production of L. culinaris sprouts.关键词
